This is a beautiful painting created on watercolor paper from Pre-World War II Paris. The original owner of this watercolor block was named Frances DeBra Brown, and her daughter gave me many art supplies to use, when she could have very well donated them to art museums such as The Louvre. Frances was an artist who was vital in World War II, living in Paris and even painting the first map of D-Day. This paper is very special and it is my honor to introduce the first of my paintings on it named Genevieve, featuring antique toned roses, peonies, sunflowers, and greenery.
